Arpeely is a Data-Science startup, leveraging data analysis, ML, engineering and multi-disciplinary thinking to gain a market edge and exploit hidden opportunities in real-time advertising. Processing over 0.5m requests per second and serving over 20B sub-second predictions daily, we build and operate Machine Learning algorithms running on the world’s largest Real-time-bidding (RTB) Ad-Exchanges. Arpeely is a Google AdX vendor and serves clients spanning from startups to S&P 10 companies.

As our Product Manager, you will own and manage entire product business units and user experiences within them. Set KPIs and do everything needed to exceed them from UX & data research and prioritization to managing execution via internal team members, partners, or external vendors.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build products that drive effective user experience with emphasis on funnel optimization, intent-building, AB testing and more.
  • Conduct data, UX and cohort A\B tests and experiments on millions of daily users
  • Prioritize and manage opportunities from ideation, implementation, production deployment and monitoring
  • Own end-to-end entire business verticals from top level KPIs to day-to-day performance.
  • Conduct internal, competition and ad-intelligence research to find and exploit new opportunities
  • Work closely with teammates from data-science and R&D
  • Work in a fast paced, data driven and rewarding environment
  • Become POC for our strategic partner companies owning sync calls, technical integrations and partnership success
  • Potentially help recruit and onboard new team members, remote teams and external vendors

Who we are looking for:

  • 3+ years Product Manager, Senior Analyst or Growth position
  • Experience in data-rich, ad-tech, marketing or large user base companies or startups
  • Analytical and conversion-based approach to KPI improvements
  • Experience managing and conducting A\B tests
  • Good understanding of web fundamentals and web UX
  • Ability to alternate between macro and micro perspectives and tasks
  • Excellent English communication skills. Written and oral.
  • Independent and proactive
  • Great interpersonal skills, fun to be around :)
