We are looking for an innovative and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and support Arpeely's ongoing growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage hiring processes from the initial stage of profile definition through sourcing, screening CVs, conducting phone and in-person interviews, reference checks and analytics.
  • Improve recruitment channels by using innovative souring techniques.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers in order to build and facilitate the best hiring processes.
  • Lead top candidate experiences, innovative recruiting & brand initiatives to create strong employer branding both internally and externally

Who we are looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience in recruiting for technology positions (at least 1 year in a high-tech company).
  • Proven experience with sourcing methods and skills.
  • Willingness to take part in other HR Admin & Wellness tasks.
  • People person, team player, and strong can-do mentality.
  • Versatile and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
  • Proactive and independent with an ownership mindset.
  • High level of English
