We are looking for an innovative and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and support Arpeely's ongoing growth.

What You'll Do:
- Manage hiring processes from the initial stage of profile definition through sourcing, screening CVs, conducting phone and in-person interviews, reference checks and analytics.
- Improve recruitment channels by using innovative souring techniques.
- Collaborate with hiring managers in order to build and facilitate the best hiring processes.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure an excellent experience throughout the recruitment process
Who we are looking for
- 2-3 years of experience in recruiting for technology positions (at least 1 year in a high-tech company).
- Proven experience with sourcing methods and skills.
- Willingness to take part in other HR Admin & Wellness tasks.
- People person, team player, and strong can-do mentality.
- Versatile and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
- Proactive and independent with an ownership mindset.
- High level of English
